Our finest of the meat selection, the most tender pork belly, slow-roasted and finally crackled in the hot oven to create a crunchy shell on the exterior. The sounds and smells of slicing through the ‘chincaron’, revealing the moist and aromatic mix of herbs and spices that we used before we rolled the meat up – divine. The Porchetta keeps well in the freezer and just needs to be reheated in the oven before serving. We suggest slicing it just before you eat so as to keep all that juices and flavour inside!
